This is an opportunity with one of the UK’s leading football coaching companies, We Make Footballers.

The Role: Football Academy Manager’s run their own academies within a defined territory, hiring coaches to support them in delivering quality football coaching to children aged 4 – 12 years.

Earning Potential: £50 – 70k+ running one territory, £100k+ running multiple territories

Description: This is an opportunity to work full-time in football running your own successful football coaching business as a Football Academy Manager with us. We currently have 100+ academies in the UK and US and are seeking talented coaches and/or business people keen to take their careers to the next level.

Football coaching is in high demand. We have seen month-on-month growth over the past 12 months now coaching 6000+ children every week. Through our sophisticated digital marketing strategy, we are generating 1000+ leads every month across regions.

It is a proven model which will provide you with all the training, tools, and support you need to build successful academies serving young football players in your area.

Football Academy Managers have the luxury of choosing hours to suit and earning potential hard to match in the football industry. If working full-time in football coaching is your goal, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in football coaching and/or business management. We are open to working with individuals new to the football industry. Being a strong communicator and personable is essential. If this sounds like you, then we should talk.
